We believe in being clear and upfront about costs. This page explains our approach so you can make an informed decision.

Information on this website is free

Using this website and checking whether your car finance agreement may be relevant is free of charge, and you are under no obligation to take anything further.

You can act yourself, free of charge

You do not need to use a paid service to pursue a car finance complaint. You can complain directly to your lender and, if you are not satisfied, escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge. Using a third party is your choice, not a requirement.

If a fee ever applies

If at any point a service we introduce you to charges a fee, that fee will be explained clearly and in writing before you agree to anything. You will always be told the basis of any charge and any applicable VAT before you commit.
